As a member, you will be invited to special, member-only meetings, and all events, including CLEs, will be complimentary throughout the entire year. Non-members will be required to pay a fee for each event.

Ever wondered what is an “amparo”? This CLE will explore the Juicio de Amparo, a unique constitutional remedy in Mexican jurisprudence designed to protect individual rights against governmental actions. Participants will examine its origins, scope, and procedural framework, and compare it to analogous U.S. legal processes—such as habeas corpus, judicial review, and constitutional challenges.
